The concept behind this app is that your subconscious mind can absorb these positive affirmations, ultimately helping to cultivate a more positive mindset.

It's perfectly normal for us to have areas of our lives that we view in a negative light, whether it's work, relationships, or managing stress and anxiety. In fact, these negative thoughts sometimes seem to overpower our minds entirely.
